There are four <br />tool sheds in the area. Mr. Tubbs said area is well endowed <br />with tool sheds and swimming pools. Mr. Roberts moved to <br />grant special permit for tool shed shrubbed in tree area lo- <br />cated on sketch. Mri,?Ledvina seconded the ?notion. Messrs. <br />Roberts, Ledvina, and Hamill voted aye. Mr. Ledvina moved to <br />approve 4 ft. setback (46 ft. instead of 50 ft.) Mr. Roberts <br />seconded and motion passed unanimously <br />Chairman Hamill read second request for this parcel.
