Witnesses were administex°ed oath. Draw- <br />ing of plan was explained. Board members qnestioned appellant <br />regarding proposed plan. Mr. Roberts moved to grant special <br />permit to add to non conforming dwelling according to plan sub- <br />mitted. Mr. Lednina seconded and motion passed. <br />11. Richard G. Hart, 24772 Theresa Lane. Request for variance (1133.13)• <br />Request for special permit for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr, and Mrs. Hart. Case and appeal were read. Mr. Heizmann <br />was also present. The three witnesses were administered the <br />oath. Anchoring kit making plywood base was explained by ap- <br />pellant. Lot is 112 ft. x 209 fte deep. Mr. Heizmann ob3ects <br />strenuously to proposed 62 ft. shed. Mr. ledvina moved to con- <br />tinue so location can be examined by Board Members. N'.r. Duskey <br />seconded the motion. Messrs. Ledvina, Duskey, Tubbs and Hamill <br />voted aye. Mr. Roberts (next door neighbor to appellant) ab- <br />stained. Case continued. <br />12. T. W.
