Board of Zoning Appeals 9-4-74 -3- 8. Robert Peaco, 4063 Tennyson Lane. Request for variance (1133.13)• Re- quest for 2 ft. variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. Present: Mr. and Mrs. Peaco. Case and appeal were read. Witnesses were administered the oath. Request is for 300 ft. stockade fence. Criain link and split rail fencing ad3oin proposed stockade fence. Nh°. Tubbs moved to continue for purpose of observation by Board members. Mr. Roberts seconded and mo- tion passed. Case continued. 9. Wm. Kurzenberger, L021 FieTding Dr. Request for variance (1133013). Request for variance for special permit for tool shed. Violation of Ordo 62-33 Section 1151.04. Present: IKrs. Kurzenberger. Case and appeal were read. witness was administered the oath. Lot abuts Cit,p property in rear. 6 ft. x 4 ft. shed is proposed. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant special permit for tool shed centered in rear of yardp 10 ft. off property Iine and shrubbed on four sides. Mr. Faedvina seconded and motion passed. 10. George A. Lahl, 23045 Clifford Dr. Request for variance (1133•13)• Re- quest for special permit to add to non conformin dwelling (house too close to garage and garage too close to lot line?. Special permi.ssion required by Ord. 62-33 Gection 1133•09. Present: Mr. Lahl and his father, Mr. Lahl. Case-and appeal were read bg Chairman Hamill. Witnesses were administex°ed oath. Draw- ing of plan was explained. Board members qnestioned appellant regarding proposed plan. Mr. Roberts moved to grant special permit to add to non conforming dwelling according to plan sub- mitted. Mr. Lednina seconded and motion passed. 11. Richard G. Hart, 24772 Theresa Lane. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request for special permit for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. Present: Mr, and Mrs. Hart. Case and appeal were read. Mr. Heizmann was also present. The three witnesses were administered the oath. Anchoring kit making plywood base was explained by ap- pellant. Lot is 112 ft. x 209 fte deep. Mr. Heizmann ob3ects strenuously to proposed 62 ft. shed. Mr. ledvina moved to con- tinue so location can be examined by Board Members. N'.r. Duskey seconded the motion. Messrs. Ledvina, Duskey, Tubbs and Hamill voted aye. Mr. Roberts (next door neighbor to appellant) ab- stained. Case continued. 12. T. W.
