Mr. Taylor will have <br />to go before Board of Building Code Appeals for permission to <br />build on lot with 50 ft. frontage. Mr. Roberts moved to grant <br />15 ft. front setback variance. Violation of Ord. <br />62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. Zerchnell. Case and appeal were read. Lot is h7 ft. x <br />165.fta and pie shaped. There are trees around proposed lo- <br />cation for tool shed. Cther tool sheds existino in n3ighbor- <br />hooa,:, Mr. Tubbs moved to lo.ok at area. Mro Roberts seconded <br />the motion. Messrs. Tubbs9 R.oberts, I}uskey and Ledvina voted <br />aye, Mr. Hamill voted nay. Case continued. <br />Lata Director Gareau suggested Stern Swimming Pool case be dismisGed. Mr. <br />Ledvina moved to dismiss case because principals failed to appear.
