C'ity of Nortli Olmsted <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEAIS <br />August 7, 1974 <br />Mr. Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: Messrs. Roberts, Duskey and Ledvina. Absent: Chairman Hamill and <br />Vice Chairman T.ibbs. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy and Recording Secretary Hodgins <br />Continuance of request of E1mer M. Tuma, 4618 Michael Ave. Request for <br />variance. Request for special,?,?ermit for tool shed. Viblation of Ord. <br />62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Mr, Tuma was administered the oath. <br />Present: Mr. Tuma. Case and appeal were read./ Location and size of <br />tool shed have been changed on plan. Location of tool shed <br />is 3 ft. from house and 5 ft. from side line. Two letters <br />of non objection were submitted. Mr. Ledvina moved to ap- <br />prove. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />1. Dennis A. Carlin, 3941 Pine Circle. Request for earianoe (1133•13). Re- <br />quest for special permission for tool shed? violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1151.04. <br />Presents Mr. Carlin. Case -rias read. Witness was administered the oath. <br />Plans were examined. There are no ob3ections from neighbors. <br />Tool shed is planned approximately 17 ft. from lot line. All <br />are deep lots ad3oining at rear. Mr. Duskey moved request for <br />special permit for tool shed be approved. Mr. Ledvina seconded <br />and motion.passed. <br />2. Robert Miller, 6624 Cypress Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for 15 ft. rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. <br />Present: Mr. Millerg who was administered the oath. Plans are for canopy <br />over patio to be encTosed with aluminum screening. Patio size <br />is 10 ft. x 20 ft. Neighbors do not object. Deep lots are to- <br />ward the rear. Mr. Duskey moved to grant request for 15 ft. rear <br />yard variance. Mr. Ledvina seconded and motion passed. <br />3. North Olmsted Board of Education, 27573 Butternut Ridge Rd. Request for <br />variance (1133•13)0 Request for 2 ft. fence height variance. Request will <br />make possible connection of two existing 6 ft* chain link fences and replace. <br />existing 4 ft. chain link fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.0h. <br />Present: Assistant Superintendent Storch who was administered the oath. <br />Case was read and plans examined.
