Board of'Zoning Appeals 8-7-74 -3- 8. Robert L. Grace, 5324 Evergreen Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Re- quest for special permission for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- ition 1151.04. Present: Mr. Grace and Mr. Barlow. Case and appeal were read. Witaesses were administered the oath. The tool shed is erected and citation issued. Tool shed is covered by evergreenst is 5 ft. from lot line. Mr. Roberts read letter of objection from Orbans,.neighbors at 28443 Willett Dr. Mr. Ledvina moved to continue to Sept. 4 meet- ing Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. 9. M. Sauter., 5369'Knollwood Dr., Parm" Request for variance(1133.13). Re- quest for resubdivision of Sub-Lots 212p213.,27.)a on Cruildford,in Garden City Allotment. Request for variance (1133.13). Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- tion 1159.01 (Minimum Width of lot shall be 60 ft.) Present: Mr. Ssuter and Mr. Gurney who were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Sewers are in and paid for. Iand had been sub- divided but it was found surveyer had made a mistake and it was found the lots are not as large as origina.lly planned. -After discussion and careful examination of plans by Bosrd Members Mr. Ledvina moved to create the variance of 82 front footage and 900 sq. fte for overall lot size contingent upon proper notification as veri.fied by Mr. Qundy, Building Commisa,ioner. Lamneck who were adninistered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Plan'was studied by Board Members. Lot is 360 ft. deep. 8 ft. variance between house and garage is request- ed. Mr. Duskey moved to approve 8 ft. variance between house and garage. Mr.-Ledvina seconded and motion passed. 11. Present: Fred Bower. Case was read, appeal read and witness was administer- ed the oath. Plans were examined. Large house is planned. There is 15 ft. tree lawn and large rear lot. Identification sign and.menu sign were planned with total of 40 plus ft. vari- ance request. After some discussion Mr. Duskey moved to object. Mr. Ioedvina seconded and motion passed. Request denied.
