Request for variance (1133.13). Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1159.01 (Minimum Width of lot shall be 60 ft.) <br />Present: Mr. Ssuter and Mr. Gurney who were administered the oath. Case and <br />appeal were read. Sewers are in and paid for. Iand had been sub- <br />divided but it was found surveyer had made a mistake and it was <br />found the lots are not as large as origina.lly planned. -After <br />discussion and careful examination of plans by Bosrd Members Mr. <br />Ledvina moved to create the variance of 82 front footage and 900 <br />sq. fte for overall lot size contingent upon proper notification <br />as veri.fied by Mr. Qundy, Building Commisa,ioner. Lamneck who were adninistered the oath. Case <br />and appeal were read. Plan'was studied by Board Members. Lot is <br />360 ft. deep. 8 ft. variance between house and garage is request- <br />ed. Mr. Duskey moved to approve 8 ft. variance between house and <br />garage. Mr.-Ledvina seconded and motion passed. <br />11.
