Board of Zoning Appeals 7-10-74 - 4 ?- `?•?? <br />Director Carnahan. Mr. Tubbs seconded. Messrs. Roberts, Tubbs <br />and Hamill voted aye. Mr. Ledvi.na voted nay. Motion passed. <br />].lt. James Robert Borland., 5536 Columbia Rd. Request for special permit (1133.13)• <br />Request to add to non conforming dwelling. Special permission required by Ord. <br />62-33 Section 1133.09. <br />Present: Mr. Borland. Case and appeal were read. Witness was administered <br />the oath. Deep setback of this home makes it non conforming. Plan <br />is to replace portion of rear with garage and breezeway with second <br />floor. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant special permission, seconded by <br />Mr. T.ibbs and passed. <br />Chairman Hamill then referred to request of The Instep (See Page 1.P first <br />continued case). Mr. Gundy explained the problem - total allotted sq. ft. <br />area for store complex has been used. The Instep now has temporary sign. <br />Mr. Gundy presentedabtailed study showing store areas where sign variances <br />will be needed. Stores to be located at 4597, 4603 an&4609 Great Northern <br />Blvd. will each need 50 sq. ft* sign qarianaes; store to be located at 4631 <br />as well as the Instep at 4615 Breat Northern Blvd. will need 45 sq. ft. <br />variances. <br />After study Mr. Tubbs moved to approve a maximum sign area at 45972 4603 and <br />4609 Great Northern Blvd. of 50 sq-0 ft. and stores located at 4615 and 4631 <br />Great Northern Blvd, a maximum sign area of.45 sq, ft.
