Witness was administered the oath. Lot is 60 ft. wide. 2-1-ft. variances on each side are re- quested. Neighbors have no objection. Vacant lot next door is 50 fte wide. Discussion followed. Planned is 670 ft. of fence south from Midvale, where children cut through private properties. Request at September 1973 meeting was granted and then appellant found misunderatanding of progerty line description. Appellant has purchased vacant lot next door.
