Asch and Mr. and Mrs. Geller. Case <br />was read and'witnesses were administered the oath. Addition is <br />to be 50 ft. x 122.6 ft. Parking is adequate. Drainage is be- <br />ing documented. There is axisting drainage ditch. Ground floor <br />of addition is to be used for storage and second floor for mer- <br />chandise. Mr. Richards suggested business that is prospering <br />should move from non conforming status. Law Director Gareau <br />said it is conforming use. F.irther discussion ensued. Mr. Tubbs <br />moved to grant special permit for addition. Mr. Duskey seconded <br />and,7motion passed unanimously. <br />10. Wendy's Home Fashion Hamburgers, 26650 Lorain Rd. Qiolation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1225.02. <br />Present= Cliptan I,awson and Tom Hennings who were admin3stered the oath. <br />Case was read. Size of sign includes price reader. Identifica- <br />tion from other restaurants is needed. Sign size was discussed, <br />also number of signs in area. Mr. Ledvina moved to grant 4 ft. <br />sign variance and deny reader board sign sub3ect to review of <br />Safety Director. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion pasaed. <br />11. Parker D. Scherrer, 3988 Shelley Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for 2 ft. aariance for fence for swimming pool. Violation of Ord. 62- <br />33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Parker D. Scherrer and others who were administered the oath. Case <br />and appeal were read. Rustic fence is planned. Neighbors favor <br />fence. Mr. Duskey moved to grant variance.of 2 ft. for fence on <br />lot line. Mr.-Led-klna seconded and motion passed. <br />12. James Prasch, 23481 Greenwood Lane. Reqnest for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for 26 ft. rear yard variance to enable him to build addition. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. Present: James Prasch who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Weisbarth on Alexander Rd* is builder. Plans and lot ahape <br />were examined. Rear on offset is problem. Mr. Tubbs moved to.grant <br />26 ft..rear gard variance. Mr.-Roberts seeonded.and motion passed. <br />13. Carl M. & Patricia A. Falkenstein, 3850 Woodpark Iane.. Request for variance <br />(1133913). ReQuest for 1 ft. fence variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1151.04. <br />Prssent,: Mr. Falkenstein who Was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Fence is to enclose two dogs. Neighbors do not disapproee. <br />Stoekade fence, except along back property line, is planned. Mr. <br />Roberts moved to grant 1 ft. variance to enclose rear yard. Mr. <br />Tubbs seconded and motion passed. <br />Mr. Ledvina moved to approve minutes of May 1 and May 22 with the exception the <br />ak3nner and Weber cases in May 22 minntes are separate cases and should be judged <br />separately.
