Zoning Board of Appeals 6-5-74 <br />-3- <br />4. Thomas E. Berry, 289 Bay View Rd., Bay Village, 0. Request for variance <br />(1133.13). Request for set back variance on corner lot. Permanent par- <br />cel-No. 232-2-19 Lansing Dr. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159•02. <br />Present: Mr. Berry, Mr. Richards and others,. Case was read and witnesses <br />were administered the oath. Plan is for 100 ft. set back lining <br />proposed home up with neighbors. 5 ft. side yard variance is also <br />reqnested. Ingress and Egress will be off Lansing. Mr. Roberts <br />moved to grant 30 ft. front yard variance and 5 1/2 ft. side yard <br />variance. Mra Tubbs seconded and motion passedo <br />5. Ground Round, 1151 Main Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44113• Request for variance <br />(1133.13). Request to replace sign at 24250 Lorain Rd. with 8 ft. x 15 ft. <br />plastic illuminated business identification signo Violation of Ord. 62.33 <br />Section 1159.01. <br />Present: Mr. Richards, Conrad Rafferty and Councilman Wilamosky who were <br />administered the oath. Letter from Mr. Rafferty was read, a <br />national trade mark sign is planned. Sign plans were exarnined. <br />Mr.'Ledvina moved to re3ect. Mro T.ibbs seconded and motion passed. <br />Request was rejected. <br />6, Hennie Homes$ Inc. 28867 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for 4 ft. side yard variance on corner lot (1t260 Laurell Lane, S/L <br />20. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.02. <br />Present: W. Welke, K. Richards, Mr. Kohl and others. Case and appeal were <br />read. Witnesses were administered the oath. Plot plans were ex- <br />amined. Type of house to be built was discussed. It is not known <br />what type home is to be constructedaon this lot. Case withdrawn. <br />7. Hennie Homes, Inc. 28867 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for 7 ft. rear yard variance. (27390 Lusandra Circle) Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. <br />Present: W. Welke remained under oath. Case and appeal were read. Plans <br />were examined. N1r. Roberts moved to grant 7 ft. rear yard vari- <br />and. Mr. Tubbs seconded and motion passed. <br />8. John Gladish, Jr.., 3415 W. 231st &t. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for special permit for addition to non conforming structure (garage). <br />Addition to be 7 ft. x 20 ft. Special permission required by Ord. 62Q33 <br />Section 1133.09. <br />Presenta John Gladish who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read and explanation given as Board members exaznined plans. There <br />is no problem with neighbors. Mr. Duskey moved to grant special <br />permit to add to non conforming structnre (garage). Mr. Tubbs <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />9. Darian H. Smith, 6011 Louis Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for special permit for tool shed. Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1151.04. <br />Presents Mr. Smith who was administered the oath. Case, appeal and plans <br />were studied. Propoeed tool shed is to be 10 ft. x 10 ft. Mr. <br />Smith was told it must be 5 ft. from property line. Mr. Tubbs <br />moeed to grant special permit? Mr. Daskey seconded and motion <br />passed.
