Ledvina and Tubbs. <br />Also present: Building Commisafoner Gundy, I,aw Director Gareau, Record- <br />ing Secretazy Hodgins and Councilman Wilamosky. <br />l. Paul Wiegand, 564? Wellesley Ave. Request for variance (1133.13)• Re- <br />quest for 2 ft. sideline variance for detached garage. Violation of <br />ord. 62•33 Section 1161.01. <br />Present: John Yuhas and Paul Wiegand. Case and explanation were read. <br />Witnesses were administered the oath. Drawing was studied. <br />There was held discussion of width of lot, curve in drivewag, <br />proximity to neighbor, etc. Mr. Ledvina moved to re3ect. Yx. <br />Tubbs secanded and motion pas9ed. <br />2. Joseph Maggazu, 5668 Fitch Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for special permit for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1133. <br />09. <br />Present: Mr. Maggazu who was administered the oath. Case and explana- <br />tion were read. Drawing was-studied. This is deep lot. Plana <br />are to build attached garage and addition to house. Shed is <br />to be located in rear. It ia to'be 12 ft. x 10 ft. metal shed <br />with cement fleor. Mr. Tubbs moned to grant special permit for <br />tool shed. Mr. Ledvina seconded and motion passed. <br />3. Eugene C. Barkhurst, 6299 Somerset Dr. Reqnest for variance (1133•13)• <br />Request for special permit to erect tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1133.09. <br />Present: Mr. Barkhurst who was administered the oath. Case was read. <br />It is to be noted no rieighbors came forth to object. Lot in <br />question is 73 ft. a 150 ft. Mr. Tubbs mentioned Bretton <br />ftidge Association by-laws bann3ng tool sheds. -There are tool <br />sheds in Bretton Ridge, however. There is deep lot behind <br />the Barkhurst lot facing Stearns ftd. Mr. I,edvina moved to <br />approve. This motion was withdrawn. Mr. Tubbe moved to <br />continue. Mr. Isdvina seconded and motion passed. <br />4. Wesley Palka, 23083 Esther Ave. R-equest for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for 5 ft. variance for distance for proposea addition to house <br />from garage. Violation of Ord. 62=33 Section 1151.04 .(C). <br />Present: Mr. Palka who was administered the osth. Case Wsa read and <br />appellant explained plans. Garage is 15 ft. from proposed <br />family room addition. Dry wall is to be applied for one wall <br />of garage (toward house).
