Back yard is not fenced. Proposed fence will be in Rath- bun back yard and neighbvr's side yard. Board members were concerned propoaed fence could create safetg hazard. Mr. Welke explained street location and curvature of cul de sac necessitating the request. Thera was discussion con- cerning large size of proposed house for the lot, difficulty with most cul de sac lots, but their desirability, fl3pping Yiouse plan, moving house w£t. forward,.etc. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant b ft, rear yard variance.
