Board of 2oning Appeals 5-1-74 <br />- 2 - <br />5. J. Rathbtin, 3915 Wood Fark Lane. Reqneet for variance (1133.13)• Re- <br />quest for 18 in. fence eariance for corner lot. Violation of Ord. 62- <br />33 Section 1151.04 (H) <br />Present: Mr. Rathbun who Was administered the oath. Case.was read. <br />Drawing was submitted. !t ft. fence of green #r?yl is planned for dog <br />enclosure. Back yard is not fenced. Proposed fence will be in Rath- <br />bun back yard and neighbvr's side yard. Board members were concerned <br />propoaed fence could create safetg hazard. Mr. Ledvina moved to re- <br />ject proposal. Mr. Tubbs seconded and.motion to reject passed. <br />6. Hennie Homes, Inc. 28867 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133•13)• <br />Request for 6 ft. r.ean yard varia.nce for S/L I8_' t(l?:?1.?.7.8oMai?yK-ay- Circle ). <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01 requiring 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present:. Walter Welke representing Hennie Homes, Mr. Mirous and Mr. <br />Woociman, neighbors. Witnessea were administered the oath. <br />Mr. Welke explained street location and curvature of cul de <br />sac necessitating the request. Thera was discussion con- <br />cerning large size of proposed house for the lot, difficulty <br />with most cul de sac lots, but their desirability, fl3pping <br />Yiouse plan, moving house w£t. forward,.etc. Mr. Tubbs <br />moved to grant b ft, rear yard variance. Mr. Ledvina second- <br />ed and motion paseed. T. Hennie Homes, Inc. 28867 I,orain Rd. Also present: Donna <br />Dennis, Dennis Kaperak who uere administered the oath. Case <br />and explanation were read. Maintenance of etorm sewer was <br />questioned or was it abaridoned? Storm easement is reason <br />for the varianee request;-it must be maintained. The lot <br />has been vacant nine years.
