(3arage mtist have front door. <br />Case was read and explanation of hardship problems - security, atorage, <br />problem of older tenants being unable to open garage doors and freezing. <br />Loss of garking area is a problem because tenants do not rent all garages <br />provided as specified in the ordinance. During the past two years find- <br />ings have proven storage represents fire hazard. It was thougYtas a mat- <br />ter of logic.we may be defeating the ordinance; perhaps the ordinance 'should <br />be changed. Mr. Ledv3na suggested Planning Commisaion study the exieting <br />ordinance regarding garages and car ports. Mr. Tubbs moved to reject the <br />proposa.l. NIr.
