Some <br />Board members thought too large a house is planning for this size lot. Mr. <br />Duskey moved 5 ft. front setback variance on S/L 2 bE granted. Addition would encroach <br />into front setbacko No one came forward in regard to this case. Mr. <br />Tubbs moved to continue one time only. Mr. Ledvina Seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />9. Request for, <br />variance (1133.13) for permanent parcel 232-5-1 on North Park Drv of 18 <br />ft. rear yard setbacka Violation of Ord. 62-33 5ection 1163.01 requiring <br />50 ft. rear yard. <br />Presents Mrs. Nlalchus, Mr. Halvacs and otherso Case and explanation vere <br />read. Witnesses were administered the oath. On June 69 1973 a 13 ft. rear <br />yard variance was granted, but found to be inadequate. Upon examination it <br />was found the house is not?the same plan as presented in June. Mr. Gundy <br />suggested 12 story house or split level house with the variance granted in <br />June. Square foot requirements were reviewed. Mr. Tu:tabs moved to continue <br />the case for decision only.
