Tischler <br />and Mr. Pichards voted nay with a11 others present voting <br />aye. Motion passed. <br />(c) City of North Olmsted: Possible Micro Park <br />Zetter from Mayor Christman was read explaining Kiwanis <br />would like to develop residue properties. Park location <br />is Kennedy Ridge & Butternut. It is necessary for Counci}: <br />and Planning Commission to approve in order for deed trans- <br />fer to be made. Mre Brewer moved Planning Commission ap- <br />proval for City to accept deed and to go forward with the <br />plano Mr. Prokasy seconded the motiono Mro Bernard Schulz, <br />a member of Kiwanis, explained his club provided impetus <br />and Fred Mitchell donated the lando Kiwanis plans park for <br />handicapped, elderly and crippledo 14otion passed unanimously.
