Roll Cal]. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richards at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Richards, Secretary Tischler, Messrs. Brewer, <br />Davis and Prokasy. <br />Also Present: N1r. McDermott, Acting City Engineer, Mr. Gundy, Build- <br />ing Commissioner, Mr. Gareau, Law Director, Mrs. Hodgins, <br />Recnrding Secretary and Councilman Goggin. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Item SII (b) (2) Fish Furniture Addition li.ne 3 the name "Mr. Gundy" <br />should be added before "the parking plan" etca Item V(c) Page 3 first <br />line of second paragraph word "minor" should be deleted. Item V(c) <br />Page 3 beginning with 4th l.ine of second paragraph - order of action on <br />motions is incorrect. Motion to table supercedes motion to concur. Mo- <br />tion to table lost and motion to concur Iost. The proposed subdivision <br />was not approved. Mr. Tischler moved to accept corrected minutes. Mr. <br />Prokasy seconded and motion passed. <br />ITI. Building Department <br />(a) Old Requests <br />(1) Fish Furniture Addition <br />Mr. Gundy said he has no new informationo Principals were <br />present to seek approval of proposed parking layout. After . <br />much discussion Mr. Davis moved to continue until after the <br />June 5 meeting of Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Tischler <br />seconded. Mr. Prokasy voted nay, all others voted aye. Mo- <br />tion passed. , <br />(b) New Requests <br />Great Northern Shopping Center Viall Plans were distributed to <br />members. Mall is to extend east f'rom existing May Co. store. <br />Plan shows parking layout. I,oading facilities are not detailed. <br />Planning Commission members studied plans and questioned Archi- <br />tect Andrew Kitler regarding loading facilities and other items <br />designated on plans. Mr. Tischler moved Planning Commission <br />approve proposed parking layout. Mr. Davis seconded and motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />IV. Old Business <br />(a) Rezoning at Country Club Blvd. & Victoria for Interfaith Housing. <br />Mr. Prokasy moved item be continued to subsequent meeting at the <br />request of the developer. Nir. Brewer seconded and motion passed.
