Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richards at 8:04 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Richards, Secretary Tischler, Messrs. Elliott <br />and Prokasy and 1lrs. Eian. <br />Also present: Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner, Mr. Gareau, <br />Director of Law, Ivlr. McDermott, Acting City <br />Engineer, Councilmen Goggin and 1,?ilamosky and <br />Mrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretary. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr, Prokasy moved minutes be approved as distributed. Mr. Tischler <br />seconded and motion passed with 4 aye votes. Mrs. Fian abstained. <br />TII. Building Department <br />(a) Old Requests <br />(1) Fish Furniture Addition <br />Minutes of May 14 meeting of Planning Commission and <br />minutes of June 5 Zoning Board meeting were reviewed. <br />Flans were shown. Owner and architect were present. <br />Discussion was held regarding parking, traffic and re - <br />tention basin. 48 parking spaces are provided. Mrs. <br />Eian moved to approve parking pZan. Mr. Tischler sec- <br />onded and motion passed. <br />(b) New Requests - No Items <br />IV. Old 't3usiness <br />(a) North Olmsted Lumber Co. Rezoning <br />Item was entered in records as DejJerth Subdivision. In <br />view of Planning Commission action on April 9, 19%, Mr. <br />Prokasy moved Planning Commission approve rezoning as pre- <br />sented from single family residential to business. Mrs. <br />Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Rezo ning at Country Club & Victoria Lane for Interfaith <br />Housing. <br />Mr. Biskind came before the Commission at this time and <br />stated Council had passed consent ordinance for use of <br />land under Section 23 of the U. S. Housing Act of 1937• <br />Thence to Metropolitan Housing Authority which approved <br />same and then application was made to HUD. Site plans <br />were displayed. 10 story building is proposed on 3.2
