Planning Commission 7-23-74 - 2 - bia Village proposal until next meeting of Planning Commis- sion August 27 and letter be sent to Councilman Geisser re- garding problem with proposal and specifying Ord. 62-33 Sec- tion 1204.02. Mr. Prokasy seconded and motion passed unani= mously. (b) Rezona.ng at Country Club Blvd. and Victoria for Interfaith Housing. Law Director Gareau had attended BZD Committee and reported review of proposal of Planning Commission. An ordinance is to be prepared for new zoning classification for elderly to be submitted at 1st council meeting in Sept. and then back to Planning Commission for study. Mr. Prokasy moved to con- tinue item in committee. Mr. Elliott seconded and motion passed unanimously. V. New Developments and Subdivisions (a) Sindelar Subdivision - between Columbia Rd. and Dawn Dr. (Four sublots on east side of Columbia) Copies of maps and plans and purchase agreements were distri- buted to Planning Commission members. Mr. Sindelar was pre- sent and explained he is evening out the parcels. Mr. Sinde- lar owns S/L 3. Mr. Prokasy moved to approve the Sindelar Subdivision as submitted adding three pieces to adjacent 1ots. Mr. Davis seconded and motion passed unanimously. VI. Communications (a) Mandatory referral of Ord. 74-84. Mr. Prokasy moved to refer back to council upon advice there is an error. W. Davis sec- onded and motion passed. (b) Mandatory referral of Ord. 74-97. Mr. Davis moved Flanning Commission recommend passage. Mr. Tischler seconded and mo- tion passed. (c) Letter from Nora Hill, Clerk of Council regarding exits at auto washes. Mr. Davis moved Planriing Commission concur with suggestions therein and refer back to Council for proper ordinance. Mr. Prokasy seconded and motion passed. VII. Committee Reports (a) Citizens' Advisory Committee Mr. Davis and Mr. Prokasy said meeting of committee regard- ing Citizens Advisory was held. Chairman Brewer is complet- ing map and report.
