Mr. McDermatt also found frontage on sub <br />lots 41, L2 and 43 to be below mini.mum frontage. Vice Chaa:rman Prokasy said Planning Commission does <br />not generally pass a preliminary plan where lots are not in con- <br />formation. Mrs. Eian asked if the Safety Director does not re- <br />quire street opening as discussedo Mro Tischler would like more <br />detailed report from Safety Director Carnahan. NIr. Tischler mov- <br />ed to retain proposal in Committee and directed the Recording <br />Secretary to write lettex to Safety Direc-tor Carnahan regarding <br />his specific recommendations. Mrs. Eian seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Andreano said he taould like to adjust lots before the next Plan- <br />ning Commission meeting. Paul Zewarchick of ?,:estminstEr Drive <br />spoke to the q_uestion of road from proposed subdivision to Bret- <br />ton Ridge Subdivision; such road is not in accordance with wishes <br />of residents. Harry Babcock, also of Bretton Ridge Subdivision <br />a].so objected. Mr. Prokasy spoke of the vacant land between <br />Bretton Ridge and C. E. I. easement and 480 in regard to access <br />to this land. Tom Spurlock, Z•iellington Dr., wishes to go on <br />record as objecting to access from proposal through Bretton Ridge. <br />Councilman ?•,Iilamosky voieed concern and said wishes of residents <br />should be heeded. Mr. Tischler said C E. I. tower is new and <br />perhaps is not on the mapo He would like to know location of <br />the tower by the time of the next meeting. i,aw Director Gareau <br />said the new street 308 is to go under the C. E. I. lines. Secre- <br />tary Tischler then called the roll on the motiono Al1 members <br />present voted aye. Motion to re-tain proposal in committee passed. <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Pocos Subdivision - east side Bradley Rd. south of Barton Rd. - <br />2 sub lotso <br />Mr. McDermott said this is two lot subdivi.sion in limited industry <br />area. Site location map was distributed. Plan does conform. <br />There is Existing residence on sub lot l. Small office type build- <br />ing may be built but no plans so far. The plan meets the code. 50 <br />ft. setback is required; 73 ft. setback is proposed. Mr. Pocos <br />and his attorney, Mr. Kavar, were presento Discussion was held <br />regarding the area and its zoning. Mro Tischler suggested there <br />should be more members present to consider actiono Mr. Prokasy <br />said he agrees and wQUld like to view the propert,y. Mrs. Eian <br />moved to place in committee. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />VI.
