Domino's Pizza; 25044 Lorain Rd <br />Proposal consists of signage and the following variance is requested: a 5.3 square foot variance <br />for a wall sign larger then allowed, code allows 22.1 square ft applicant shows 27.4 square foot <br />section 1163.25(c). <br />Dan Margulies was administered the oath. Mr. Margulies said his clients seek a 5.3 square foot <br />variance for a wall sign. Domino's is limited on the size of signs available for use. Domino's <br />does not produce custom signs and the next smaller sign is 2 feet tall. Mr. McReynolds said the <br />new owner has been worlcing hard to improve the site and the architect has done a fine job on the <br />new loolc. Mr. Margulies said there will only be one wall sign on the building the owner has <br />chosen to forgo a ground sign.
