Mr. Maison said a ramp is being installed and under <br />the permit an area could be open on the patio to allow an inspection. Mr. Gee said although a <br />permit was not sought by his previous tenant he believes the patio was installed to code. Mr. <br />Gareau said additional worlc is to be completed at the site which requires permits and at that time <br />the building off cial can require an area be opened for a proper inspection.
