1. A 13 foot variance for front yard setbaclc, code requires setback of 20 ft to parking and <br />drives, applicant shows 7 ft, section 1139.07. <br />2. A 2 foot variance for front building setback, code requires setback of 75 ft to the <br />building, applicant shows 73 ft, section 1139.07. <br />3. A variance for a canopy sign extending above the canopy, code does not permit, <br />applicant shows sign located above the canopy, section 1163.29(b). <br />4. A variance for ground signs too close together, code requires 200 feet of separation, <br />applicant shows less, section 1163.27(a). 5.
