CMS12-24 Diocese of Cleveland: 26855 Lorain Road <br />Representative: Maryellen Staab, Catholic Charities Housing Corp <br />Ms. Wenger said the Apartments of Saint Richards and Saint Richards parking lot modifications <br />were approved by Council and the lot split and reconfiguration is the last step in the process. Mr. <br />DiFranco said engineering had no objections to the proposal and asked that a new plat be <br />submitted with current dates. Ms. Staab said approving the lot split and consolidation would <br />allow both Catholic Charities and Saint Richards to move forward in completing their projects. <br />Ms. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr.1Vlahoney, to approve CM512-24 I)iocese of <br />Cleveland of 26855 Lorain Road consisting of a lot split and consolidation of Permanent <br />Parcels 235-03-002, 235-03-004 235-03-015, 235-03-016, ancl 235-03-10 consolidated into <br />one parcel and subsequently split into two. Parcel A will be 5.7007 acres and Parcel B will <br />be 2.2286 acres which passed 4-0. <br />CM512-25 Stephen Smik; 5708 Mackenzie Rd <br />Mr. Smik said consolidating the lots ensures all zoning setbacks will be met when his home is <br />constructed. Ms Meredith said the commission received the Board of Zoning Appeals <br />recommendations to consolidate the lots. Neither the administration nor commissioners objected <br />to the request. <br />Ms. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr. Mahoney, to approve CMS12-25 Stephen Smik of <br />5708 Mackenzie Rd, his request to consolidate: PP# 234-25-001 and 234-25-002 into one <br />2.1294 acre parcel zoned Single Family Residence B, which passed 4-0. <br />ADJOi7RN1vIENT <br />With no further business Don Rerko and Greg Malone were excused and the meeting adjourned <br />at 7: 0 p.m. <br />l , <br />Melissa Meredith, Chair <br />D nna Rote, Clerk of Commissions <br />Approved <br />2
