would represent their group. The North Olmsted Garden Club will decorate one and the other <br />inay be decorated by NOSO. They would like the trees decorated by November 25th or <br />December 2°a prior to the start of the event. The commission will decorate the feature tree and <br />wrap boxes for under the tree on Monday, November 25, 2013 at 4:00pm friends and family are <br />welcome to help. Ms. Suter said she would work on having a craft ornament project for the kids <br />during the event. Mr. Brake said Mare's Cake and Candy would donate chocolate suckers. <br />City Hall Art Gallery <br />An application from Georgene Carlton was reviewed by the Commission. <br />Ms. Kilbane moved, seconded by 1VIr. Doane, to approve the exhibition of Georgene <br />Carlton for December 2013 which passed 6-0. <br />The clerlc will contact the artist and make the arrangements for the work to be displayed <br />throughout the month of December. Ms. Wenger felt the commission should contact the <br />Cleveland Institute of Art and other organizations so students are aware of the opportunity to <br />display their work. <br />Ms. Strippy said arrangements were made to have an 8th grade music group perform during the <br />opening reception of the student art exhibit in April. She will contact the music teacher to ensure <br />the ensemble is appropriately sized for the space. <br />Summer in the Ci4y <br />2014 Music in the Park <br />Ms. Strippy said North Olmsted Park has been reserved for Summer in the City for June 22, July <br />20, and August 17, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm and rainout dates will be the following Sundays for <br />June and July. Mr. Brake said he would work on finding donors and a sign. Ms. Wenger said <br />she contacted GS Harper who said he was interested in performing. Mr. Wahl said he spoke to <br />Adam's Ale and Lowly Tree Ghost and the prices range from $200 to $500.
