_ ,+i a <br />Jean Podskalan; 25170 Butternut Ridge, PPN 236-15-003: <br />A request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a fence. <br />Ms. Podslcalan said she would like to fence in her yard. There will be gates on either sides of the <br />house for access. Mr. Dubowski asked why the fence along the east property line wasn't straight <br />and Ms. Podskalan said the fence will be installed to ensure the existing trees are not damaged. <br />Mr. Schumann said the lot is quite deep and the fence wouldn't be visible from the street. Ms. <br />Walker asked if the existing fence axound the pool would remain or be removed. Ms. Podskalan <br />said the pool fence is for safety therefore it would remain. <br />Mr. Neville moved, seconded by Ms. Walker to grant Jean Podskalan of 25170 Butternut <br />Ridge a Certificate of Appropriateness to fence in the backyard, which passed 6-0. <br />Speaker Series <br />Mr. Neville said Mr. Meixner will be speaking at Frostville August 24, 2013 at 11:00am during <br />the weekly farmers market. The PowerPoint presentation ori aviation will take about an hour. <br />The commission asked that a flyer to advertise the event be made. The event will be held in the <br />church or the event barn. Ms. Wenger suggested purchasing treats from the vendors for the <br />event. <br />Citv documents for Frostville Museum <br />Mr. Schumann reviewed a memo from former Law Director Dubelko advising Landmarks that <br />the commission can't turn city records over to Frostville without some type of formal contract. <br />Ms. Wenger said there are documents which could never be released however there are some <br />documents which are approved for destruction which the Law Department suggests can be <br />addressed through Council. Mr. Schumann said he thought legislation was drafted after the <br />memo was received by Landmarks. The clerk was asked to contact Clerk of Council to inquire if <br />legislation was ever passed addressing such a topic. Mr. Schumann said he would like the <br />commission to look into a possible budget for next year to enable Landmarks to preserve <br />historical documents at Old Town Hall.
