He said they have a sunlcen family room along the
back of the home which connects to a sunlcen patio. The patio foundation was installed when the
home was first built. During heavy rain the patio floods into the family room. They would lilce to
enclose the sunlcen patio to help address the flooding issues occurring. Ms. Rudolph questioned the variance for a shed. Mr. Russell said
the plans submitted by the contractor showed all structures on the lot. There are three sheds on
the lot, one was granted a variance and one is plastic which is not considered a permanent
structure. The shed located in the northwest corner was added onto without a permit and creates
the need for the additional variances. Ms. Rudolph asked why there was a need for two sheds and
Mr. Healy said one is for yard tools and the other is for storing outdoor fiirniture during the
winter months.
