Gr. ? 1. <br />T <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ARTS COMMISSION <br />MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 19, 2014 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Chairman Brake called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. in Council's Caucus Room. <br />Present: Bill Brake, Sue Collander, Stephanie Procter, Lauren Suter, David Wahl, Jeff <br />Campbell, Cailey Brake <br />Absent: Nicole McClain, Annie Kilbane, Laura Simna, JoAnn DePolo <br />Staff: Planning & Development Director Kim Wenger <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Minutes were provided with the agenda. <br />1VIs. Suter moved, seconded by Ms. Collander, to approve the minutes of August 20, 2014 <br />which was approved unanimously. , <br />Ms. Suter moved, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to approve the minutes of September 4, 2014 <br />which was approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Wahl moved, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to approve the minutes of September 17, <br />2014 which was approved unanimously. <br />Ms. Suter moved, seconded by Ms. Collander, to approve the minutes of September 24, <br />2014 which was approved unanimously. <br />Ms. Suter moved, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to approve the minutes of October 15, 2014 <br />which was approved unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Holiday Market & Tree LightinE <br />Bill distributed the most current production schedule to captains. It was decided the A Cappella <br />group would sing on the Gazebo stage. The decorating, lighting and sound team will meet at the <br />Gazebo this Friday at 12:30pm to set up and string lights. Garland has been purchased. Lights <br />and a tree topper still need to be purchased along with any other support equipment such as <br />extension cords. Service, Rec andJor Building need to provide electrical access and assistance. <br />Jeff has been in touch with the City regarding the bonfire; it will be built and tended by scouts. <br />Scouts can also assist in decorating Friday. Market vendors will fill the Senior Center activity <br />room; Stephanie will ensure vendors have the wifi code for credit sales. Rack cards are available <br />for distribution. Lauren will begin work on the program. Four SITES students will be helpful <br />elves. Lauren will be taking photos at the event, so another member or volunteer is needed to run <br />the kids craft area. Bill and Lauren will bring their walkie talkies for easy communication.
