?
Decorations: Kim and Nicole will determine lighting needs for the outside trees. Multicolor
lights should be used on a few trees along Lorain Road to create visibility and interest. White
lights should be used around the Senior Center and Cabin including trees along the south of the
building. The big tree purchased last year and used at Springvale will be the feature tree in the
gazebo. Sue will help with decorations for the gazebo such as bunting and bows; the new light
poles on the patio could also be decorated.
Crafts: Lauren will research and assemble arts and crafts supplies to create a holiday craft station
for kids in the Senior Center atrium.
Santa: The Big Guy should arrive no later than 7:30pm, possibly on a Fire Department ladder
truck. Molly will inquire with the Fire Depai-tment about the use of apparatus and also about the
possibility of a bonfire in the park. Santa will need a chair on the Cabin stage and Commission
members can volunteer for the role of secltrity elves to ensure orderliness in the Santa line.
PR/Publicity: Lauren will "brand" the event, creating imagery to be used in posters or postcards
and on the CeleUrate North Olmsted Facebook page.
