P! 4 . . • R <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br />CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS , <br />The Landmarks Commission (or member designee where appropriate) is required by Chapter <br />165 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances to review and determine whether to issue a <br />Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction, demolition, or other alteration of either a <br />designated Landmark or other proposal located within a designated Landmark District. <br />Address; 25747 BUTTERNUT RIDGE ROAD <br />Permanent Parcel Number: 236-23-028 <br />Hearing Date: DECEMBER 8. 2014 <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 165 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, the <br />Landmarks Commission does hereby approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for the <br />following request: <br />The cedar siding on the south and west elevations of the home will be replaced with vinyl siding while <br />the north and east elevations of the home will remain sided with cedar wood siding. <br />Following public hearings and review under 165.09 and 165.10, based on substantial evidence <br />of record, the Commission finds and determines that the proposed siding modifications at 25747 <br />Butternut Ridge Road per plans submitted October 27, 2014 are approved. <br />The Certificate of Appropriateness is granted with the following conditions: <br />A detail drawing must be submitted to the city and approved showing how the new vinyl siding and <br />existing wood siding will be attached at their two corner contact points.
