Once he applied for the permit and described the changes to color and shingle style, he <br />was informed he would have to go before the Coininission for a COA. The shingles will be a <br />weathered wood dimensional shingle. He proposes that the gutters and peak over the garage will <br />be a tan color and he will paint the garage door a new spruce green. Mr. Morse asked if the <br />owner looked into age appropriate paint colors and Mr. Haas said he was not aware there were <br />such things. They are still <br />looking for sponsors and ideas on how to include facts or information about North Olmsted at the <br />event. Mr. Limpert suggested reaching out to radio stations inviting them to broadcast their <br />show at the event. Mr. Morse suggested having a speakeasy raid at the event and post facts <br />pertaining to prohibition in North Olmsted. Mr. Schumann suggested having era photos blown <br />up which could be used multiple times at different events including maps from different eras. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Schuinann said there was an article in the Plain Dealer about the school purchasing the home <br />east of the middle school.
