Mr. Dubowski moved, seconded by Mr. Thomas, to grant Douglas & Virginia Baldi of <br />26706 Butternut Ridge Road a Certificate of Appropriateness for a barn/garage addition <br />with the recommendation option 2 be constructed and contingent upon BZA granting any <br />variances required, which passed 5-0. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Landmark 1)esil4nation Plaques <br />Charles Alden Seltzer House <br />Knight-Biddulph House <br />Ms. Wenger said since the last commission meeting, multiple styles were reviewed by email and <br />she presented two versions of the preferred option. Once the commission choses a style, it will be <br />used for both the Knight/Biddulph and Seltzer plaques. Mr. Dubowski felt the plaque should say <br />North Olmsted Historic Landmark without the address of the home. The commissioners agreed <br />the word landmarked should be replaced with recognized and suggested removing the words <br />built in. <br />Mr. Schumann moved, seconded by Mr. Dubowski, to approve amended option B plaque <br />style as discussed which passed 5-0. <br />2015 Citv Bicentennial <br />Ms. Wenger said the bicentennial coirunittee met in March and thanked members for attending. <br />The publicity committee met last week and worked on finalizing a logo and dividing areas of <br />responsibility. The publicity committee will submit their findings at the May 21, 2014 <br />Bicentennial group meeting. <br />Ms. Wenger said the What's Next Workshop for the Master Plan update is being held May 13, <br />2014 at John Knox Church at 7:00 pm and invited the commissioners to attend.
