Mr. Morse will research the original owner. Mr. Dubowski
identified another correction required.
Mr. Thomas moved, seconded by Mr. Richner, to approve the 2013 Annual Report as
amended, which was approved 8-0.
Historical Home Recognition
Mr. Thomas reported that the owner of 24048 Mastick Road, the Lustron steel house, has not
indicated much interest in recognizing the property and the renter may be reluctant to allow
visitors to see the house. The Commission will revisit this property in the future. Mr. Richner
advised that the Commission could also still consider recognizing 4322 Porter Road. Despite
changes to the house involving residing, the home would still meet two of the three criteria for
the program. Mr. Richner will reach out to the owner prior to the next Commission meeting.
