N <br />CITY OF IdORTH OLNiSTED <br />PLANNING & DESIGN COMnIIISSION <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERIVIIT - REPORT OF FINDIfVGS <br />The Planning & Design Commission, based upon substantial, probative and reliable evidence in regards <br />to the standards for a Conditional Use Permit, as presented at the meeting of JANUARY 22, 2014, <br />hereby renders the following findings and issues the following report on the Conditional Use Permit <br />requested: Conditional Use Permit for: CMS 13-42: Kensington Court Apartments; 23307 Lorain Road <br /> <br />Findings as to conditions and standards: <br />a. [/yes ? no <br />b. EW yes ? no <br />c. Vyes ? no <br />d. [Z yes ? na <br />e. ? yes ? no <br />f. F7 yes ? no <br />EIDDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDITIOIVS: <br />In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined appropriate by the <br />Planning & Design Commission as related to each application may also be included in the conditional use <br />permit. Accordingly, subject to the applicant's satisfaction cf the following conditions, the Commission <br />hereby finds and recommends that the Conditional Use Permit be subject to the following: <br />SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: <br />11?/? <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERIVIIT APPROVAL. <br />The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the application and <br />a report of its findings to Council for its confirmation and a determination as to whether the proposed use <br />is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning Code. <br />The approval of a conditional use permit shall become null and void if the construction of a <br />building or related site improvements is not started within one year following the date of approval. <br />Accordingly, based on the foregoing findings and subject to the conditions, if any, the Planning & Design <br />Commission hereby recommends that the above Conditional Use Permit be: <br />G1zAleTTED I)ENIED <br />Planning & Desig4 Commission Chair <br />a z- <br />Date <br />of Commissions Date <br />Updated 2007
