N CITY OF IdORTH OLNiSTED PLANNING & DESIGN COMnIIISSION CONDITIONAL USE PERIVIIT - REPORT OF FINDIfVGS The Planning & Design Commission, based upon substantial, probative and reliable evidence in regards to the standards for a Conditional Use Permit, as presented at the meeting of JANUARY 22, 2014, hereby renders the following findings and issues the following report on the Conditional Use Permit requested: Conditional Use Permit for: CMS 13-42: Kensington Court Apartments; 23307 Lorain Road Findings as to conditions and standards: a. F7 yes ? no EIDDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDITIOIVS: In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined appropriate by the Planning & Design Commission as related to each application may also be included in the conditional use permit. Accordingly, subject to the applicant's satisfaction cf the following conditions, the Commission hereby finds and recommends that the Conditional Use Permit be subject to the following: SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: 11?/? CONDITIONAL USE PERIVIIT APPROVAL. The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the application and a report of its findings to Council for its confirmation and a determination as to whether the proposed use is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning Code. The approval of a conditional use permit shall become null and void if the construction of a building or related site improvements is not started within one year following the date of approval.
