CMS 13-31: Michael Gareau & Karla Rogers.; 6021 Barton Rd <br />Representative: Michael Gareau, Jr. <br />Ms. Wenger said all zoning requirements were met; therefore she has no objection to the request. <br />Mr. DiFranco said the plat complies with the zoning code and has been reviewed by the county <br />therefore he has no objections. Mr. Gareau said the original Mylar submitted last year was found to <br />have an error due to an inaccurate pin reading. He postponed the consolidation until an accurate pin <br />was set and the new Mylar completed. Mr. Gareau said the consolidation would simplify property <br />taxes and the pool they wish to install in the area can be placed without requiring variances. <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Ms. Nader, to approve the lot consolidation for CMS13- <br />31: 1Vlichael Gareau & Karla Rogers of 6021 Barton Rd which consisting of consolidating <br />two individual parcels zoned B-One Family Residence and identified as PPNs 233-05-009 <br />(0.45 ac) and 233-05-021 (1.791 ac) into a single parcel appa-oximately 2.248 acres, which <br />passed 6-0. <br />COIVIMUNICATIONS <br />Master Plan Update <br />Ms. Wenger said there have been two steering committee meetings so far and the next meeting will <br />be April 10, 2014. A community meeting has been set at John Knox church on Tuesday, May 13, <br />2014 at 7:00 pm.
