CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br />CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />The Landmarks Commission (or member designee where appropriate) is required by Chapter <br />165 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances to review and determine whether to issue a <br />Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction, demolition,. or other alteration of either a <br />designated Landmark or other proposal located within a designated Landmark District. <br />Address: 25912 BUTTERNUT RIDGE ROAD <br />Permanent Parcel Number: 236-10-014 <br />Hearing Date: JUNE 08. 2015 <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 165 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, the <br />Landmarks Commission does hereby approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for the <br />following request: <br />Proposal is to install new windows <br />Following public hearings and review under 165.09 and 165.10, based on substantial evidence <br />of record, the Commission finds and determines that the proposed windows at 25912 Butternut <br />Ridge Road as amended and/or agreed to June 08, 2015 is approved. <br />The Certificate of Appropriateness is granted with the following conditions: <br />The front two (2) first floor windows are to be double hung 8 over 1 or two (2) each 4 over 1. <br />The front Second floor windows will have grates added <br />The west side of the house will have double hung windows with grates. <br />All windows are to have white trim and white grates. <br />1 , <br />Landmarks Comrnission Chair David Neville Date • <br />Route copy to: <br />?
