Ms. Wenger said the commission has discussed changing their recognition program for century <br />homes. Mr. Dubelko said he drafted possible wording which could be used. Commissioners <br />discussed the wording and the intent to make recognizing local homes less restrictive. After <br />discussing the different forms of recognition some members felt they should keep the current <br />program and just add a program which is less restrictive. The commission briefly discussed a <br />plaque size, having them purchased through the city, and the cost of the plaque falling upon the <br />owners. Ms. Wenger said once she received the wording from Mr. Dubelko she would work with <br />the Law Department to draft official language for the commission to review. <br />2015 Bicentennial Updates <br />Ms. Wenger said a new story by Mr. Dubelko about the Christman family was added and the <br />timeline is continually updated. The Mall displays are still being worked out with Frostville. <br />Mr. Limpert said the historical tour is coming together and their SITES student who's in the high <br />school thespian group will work with him to recruit members of the group to play the parts on <br />the bus tour.
