Both parcels are zoned General Retail Business. Mr. DiFranco said he had no objections to the plat however the plat does need a title for <br />recording purposes. Prior to submitting the Mylar the applicant will need to make sure it meets <br />the county requirements as well as the city's and have owner signatures obtained and notarized. <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Mr. Schumann, to approve the proposal for CMS15- <br />2885 Ganley Honda of 25870 Lorain Road to consolidate two (2) individual parcels <br />currently identified as PPNs 232-34-003 (4.46 ac.) and 232-34-008 (0.50 ac.) to form a <br />single parcel containing within its boundaries approximately 4.96 acres.
