After a <br />brief discussion regarding the height of the shed Mr. Bataran withdrew the request for a 1' height <br />variance. Mr. Barret said as the size of the shed has been decreased and the height will meet <br />code he has no objections to his neighbors request. <br />Mr. Papotto thanked the applicant for decreasing the size of shed being requested and <br />eliminating the height variance. If approved new detailed plans will need to be submitted to the <br />building department prior to any work being done. Mr. Allain said he had not heard any <br />hardship for why a variance is required. Mr. Raig said when viewing the site he noted other <br />sheds in the neighborhood which were roughly the same size the applicant is requesting. <br />Ms. Rudolph rnoved, seconded by Mr. Allain, to grant 15-4946; Petru Bataran of 4642 <br />Michael Ave the following varianee for a shecl as amencled and agreed upon: <br />1.
