Variances are required. <br />JULY 27, 2016 <br />Planning & Design Commission minutes of July 13, 2016 are submitted for approval. <br />16-6201; Ganlev Honda; 25870 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of improving PPN 232-34-100 for vehicle inventory storage including new <br />lighting and landscaping. Existing multi-family structures will be demolished. Property is <br />zoned General Retail Business. Lot consolidation is required. <br />16-6180• Ganley Honda Lot Consolidation; 25870 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of consolidating two parcels (PPN 232-34-115 & PPN 232-34-100) <br />resulting in a single parcel of 5.6384 acres (5.0873 exclusive of R/W) with frontage on <br />Lorain Road and Ranchview Avenue. <br />16-6200; GanIeYVW; 25730 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of improving PPN 232-34-016, PPN 232-34-052 and PPN 232-34-017 for <br />vehicle inventory storage including new lighting and landscaping. Existing commercial <br />structures on PPN 232-34-016 and PPN 232-34-052 will be demolished. Rezoning of PPN <br />232-34-017 and a portion of PPN 232-34-016 from One Family Residence B to General <br />Retail Business is requested. Lot consolidation is required. <br />16-6183• Ganley VW Lot Consolidation; 25730 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of consolidating four parcels (PPN 232-34-010, PPN 232-34-016, PPN <br />232-34-017, PPN 232-34-052) resulting in a single parcel of 12.5923 acres (11.3747 <br />exclusive of R/W) with frontage on Lorain Road, Ranchview Avenue and Root Road. Note: <br />Parce1232-34-017 is currently zoned One Family Residence District B. The northwest corner <br />of parce1232-34-016 is currently zoned One Family Residence District B. A portion of <br />parce1232-34-010 was zoned One Family Residence District B but was changed to General <br />Retail Business by court settlement.
