Variances <br />axe required. <br />Zoning Code Update <br />Open House - September 15 @ 6:OOPM @ Springvale Ballroom <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2016 <br />Planning & Design Commission minutes of August 24, 2016 are submitted for approval. <br />16-6200; Ganley VW; 25730 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of improving PPN 232-34-016, PPN 232-34-052 and PPN 232-34-017 for <br />vehicle inventory storage including new lighting and landscaping. Existing commercial <br />structures on PPN 232-34-016 and PPN 232-34-052 will be demolished. Rezoning of PPN <br />232-34-017 and a portion of PPN 232-34-016 from One Family Residence B to General <br />Retail Business is requested. Lot consolidation is required.
