Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Mr. Schumann, to approve the lot split and consolidation <br />plat for 16-5518; Jeff Sturgeon; 3092 W. 231St, contingent upon the City acquiring an <br />easement to access the storm sedver and ditch, inotion passed 5-0. <br />COMMITNICATIONS <br />Zoning Code Update <br />Ms. Wenger stated that the first zoning committee meeting was held on March 31 St, which was <br />mostly an introductory meeting. The next meeting will be June 2°d.
