Mr. <br />Whalen stated that one dumpster should accommodate all three tenants and the trucks will use <br />the enclosed service area. <br />Ms. Nader moved, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to approved 16-7577; Proposed <br />Restaurants; 24821, 24831 & 24841 Brookpark Road with the following conditions: <br />1. Manholes be installed on either side of the building for future access <br />2. Provide landscape buffering around the patio which can be approved administratively <br />3. Quantities of landscape materials be shown on the plans <br />Motion passed 4-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Zoning Code Update <br />Ms. Wenger stated that she received the final draft of the zoning code which will need to be <br />reviewed by the commission on the next few agendas, prior to the public hearing in February. <br />The chapters being updated are the Definitions, Administration and Enforcement, Conditional <br />Use, Development Review, Business Districts, and Parking and Lighting chapters. Along with <br />these, other chapters will need be addressed, including the Mixed Use chapter. Changes being <br />made include the mixed use approval process, map designations, irrigation requirements, and <br />conditional uses. These updates will mimic the changes being made to Chapter 1139 to limit <br />discrepancies between the two chapters. Ms. Wenger pointed out the importance of reviewing <br />the zoning code and the effect it has on all future projects.
