Lauren added her approval of Robbie Anderson as a generous
sponsor who provided a nice family-oriented presence to the events. Bill added that he liked the
food truck layout closest to the Senior Center sidewalk and thought that the bands sounded great;
they provided high value given the series budget. He asked if any of the bands brought in a loyal
following to their show, with James confirming that Blue Lunch and Cities & Coasts did appear
to attract their own fans.
June's low attendance came up, attributed to a combination of the Cavs playoff game and
Father's Dav. Annie confirmed that the June 2017 date is once again on Father's Day. Bill
suggested that a"kick-offl' type event be held to attract more attendees. Jackie suggested several
ideas, including a bad-tie contest or barbeque, with the latter getting unanimous support from the
group. The sub-committee will take these ideas into consideration for next year. James shared
that veteran musician Colin Dussault is tentatively booked for June 2017, with Laura later
confirming a price of $1,200 for the full band. Bill expressed his support for the booking, with
the full group concurring. Laura will confirm Colin and his band for the June concert at the
agreed price.
leTEW/ONGOING BUSINESS
North Olmsted Through the Years
Progress Update and Schedule
Lauren shared the work that she and James have been doing to create comparison videos using
