The appeal st--ms froin two notices issucd on ivlarch 29, <br />2016, and received by the undersigned on Apri1 4, 2016, for property located at 30399 Larain <br />Road. Both the individuals aud entity nanled above hold a remainder interest on the subject <br />property, with Jarnes Saumer holding 11ife estate interesi: to that property. <br />As remainder interest holders, the Soplcos, as well 1s Hume & Putito Co., LPA, do not have the <br />legal right to go ontv the premises and disturb the possessoiy rights of Mr. Saumer, <br />Accordingly, it is not possible for the remaindermen to comply or peiā¢form the actions requested <br />in the Notice of Unsafe Structure or.
