A 72 sq. ft. variance for area of an accessory storage building (shed); code permits 120 sq. ft., <br />applicant shows 192 sq. ft., Section 1135.02(d)(1). <br />Mr. Aspery stated that the applicant is requesting a variance to allow a 192 sq. ft. shed in the rear <br />yard. Code allows for an accessory structure up to 120 sq. ft. based on the lot size, therefore <br />requiring a variance of 72 sq. ft. for the proposed shed. All setback and height requirements have <br />been met as indicated in submitted plans. Mr. Bensie stated that he would like to build the 12 by <br />16 foot shed'to store lawn equipment toys. Mr. Papotto stated that he did not see a negative <br />impact due to the size of the lot and location to the park.
