Mr. Aspery stated that based on current information submitted, the Planning Department <br />recommends that the applicant voluntarily table this request for next month's meeting to allow <br />for a more comprehensive analysis from staff. Mr. Palecek stated that he was trying to replace <br />the signage that was there for Caribou, but a few additional signs are proposed. Mr. Russell <br />pointed out that there are multiple signage proposals for the same parcel, all of which require <br />variances, and a complete sign package has not been presented. Mr. Raig stated that the Board is <br />willing to have a special meeting in 2 weeks to address the case if more information is provided. <br />Mr. Ostoich mentioned that the property owner would be willing to pull out their signage <br />proposal for the moment to not impede on this case. Mr. Russell stated that he tried to contact the <br />owner about a week earlier than the meeting and no one contacted him about the case. It was <br />determined that the applicant can replace signage for menu board before the next meeting if <br />drawings are provided that show that the square footage of the signage would comply with <br />variances previously granted to the property. Mr. Gareau asked that the property owner contact <br />Ms. Wenger and the Building Department regarding the case. <br />Mr. Allain moved, seconded by 1VIa-.
