2. A 66.5 sq. ft. variance for total sign area permitted on a building; code permits 64 sq. <br />ft., applicant shows 130.5 square feet, Section 1163.29(c) <br />3. A 40.4 sq. ft. variance for maximum canopy sign area; code permits 50 sq. ft., applicant <br />shows 90.4 square feet, Section 1163.29(c). <br />4. A variance for canopy sign height; code permits up to 4 feet in height, applicant shows <br />two signs at heights of 5.92 for Text Sign and 8.44 feet for Graphic Sign, Section <br />1163.29(c). <br />1VIotion approved 4-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Ms. Meredith stated that this was her last meeting on the board. She stated that Ms. Wenger <br />contacted her to renew her term but the Mayor was informed that her reappointment would not <br />be approved by Council due to external political factors. She thanked everyone on the board and <br />said she enjoyed serving on the board. Ms. Sabo said she will be moving in March and will also <br />be resigning from the board. Mr. Raig thanked them for their service and he enjoyed the <br />discussions they had during the meetings. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Raig moved, seconded by Ms. Meredith, to excuse Mr. Allain's absence, motion <br />approved 4-0. <br />With no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m. <br />Michael Raig, Chair Nicole Rambo-Ackerman, Administrative <br />Assistant <br />Approved: "I ??
