Mr. <br />Schumann did not think it was the board's right to comment on the windows of the home. <br />Mr. Morse moved, seconded by Mr. Dubowski, to grant a Certificate of Appropriateness <br />for 16-6021; Paul Accordino; 25747 Butternut Ridge Road, including the drawings <br />presented at the meeting, motion passed 5-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Heritaste Home Program <br />Mr. Aspery reviewed comments from Ms. Wenger regarding the informational meeting on July <br />12th. The meeting was well attended, including several Butternut Ridge residents. The City is <br />waiting for a report from the Cleveland Restoration Society to determine the participation levels. <br />Thompson House Update <br />Mr. Neville stated the Olmsted Historical Society will have an Antiques, Primitives and <br />Treasures Sale July 30th-31St to further the work on the Thompson House. The foundation of the <br />building has already cost $30,000, which was more than anticipated. <br />Mr. Schumann stated that there are two seats open on the Landmarks Commission if anyone has <br />any suggestions.
