is no definite timeframe for the improvement project and a resident specifically asked the City to <br />look at the wall. Ms. Wenger suggested locating a complete survey to determine ownership of <br />the wall before continuing discussion at the next meeting. <br />2015 Annual Report <br />Ms. Wenger summarized the draft 2015 Annual Report. It focuses on the Bicentennial and the <br />work of the Commission, two landmark designated homes, North Olmsted magazine, and <br />additional history tidbits. The Certificates of Appropriateness issued in 2015 for the schools were <br />included in the report. The Historic Preservation Plan may be able to be updated. The <br />commission needs to discuss plans for Old Town Hall in regards to what should it be used for <br />and what improvements need to be made to accommodate this, including making the building <br />more accessible. Discussion occurred over maintenance costs for the building. Mr. Neville stated <br />that the Historic Recognition programs are great goals for 2016.
