Ellen Andrews, on behalf of William Jordan, pointed out the black walnut trees along the <br />southern property line and was concerned about the potential damage to customers' vehicles. Mr. <br />Malone stated that the applicants can assess the situation if the trees are on their property and the <br />Commission would consider their removal if that is how they want to proceed. <br />Bruce Bruehler, 4440 Root Road, asked about the driveways onto Lorain Road. The property is zoned B-3 General Business. The <br />building will be constructed of a split face block base, insulated metal panel, an aluminum <br />composite panel and a standing seam metal roof. The colors will match the Subaru building. A <br />dumpster enclosure area has been integrated into the rear of the new service building. A concrete <br />sidewalk is proposed around the perimeter of the building. Lighting in the project area only will <br />need to be reconfigured with some lights being removed and new lights installed. Wall sconces <br />are also proposed on the building.
