Mr. Neville reviewed the initial signage plant that was discussed at the last meeting. No updates
had occurred since then. The contractor will be presenting an updated plan to the committee prior
to commission approval. Mr. Schumann thought some of the signage should be installed prior to
the school project being completed. Mr. Limpert pointed out that some portions will be more
dependent on the school construction than others.
Burns Road Sidewalks
Mr. Aspery stated that the city is waiting on the CDBG money and he will be talking to them
soon to get an update on the status. Mr. Schumann said the project would ideally be done before
the new school is completed.
Biddulph House Sign Proposal
Mr. Neville stated that an eagle scout wants to put a sign in front of the Biddulph house. The
proposal is still under discussion and will come before the commission. Mr. Schumann suggested
a smaller sign closer to the house than what was initially presented by the scout. Mr. Aspery
stated that the home already has a Landmarks sign.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7
,r
David Neville, Chair
50 p.m.
-,
. ?
Nicole Rambo-Ackerman, Administrative
Assistant
Date: ?/ / cf /Zv? -2
